As the countdown to the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifying match between Nigeria and Algeria continue, Esperance defender Hicham Belkaroui has said the Desert Foxes will do everything in the books to outwit the Super Eagles in Uyo when both countries face off in a World Cup qualifier on November 12.
“I would like to say that we will do everything to bring a smile back to our people, Inshallah, returning with an excellent result, ” said Hicham Belkaroui to Le Buteur.
“Listen, I’ll be very frank with you, our only goal is victory in Nigeria. We will target the three points.
“You can ask any player, his answer will be the same, victory and nothing but the victory regardless of the way.”
The Desert Foxes will trail the Super Eagles by five points if they lose the match day two fixture, and Belkaroui is vehement that they will leave the Nest of Champions with the maximum points to make their hopes of making it to Russia clearer, after being held at home by Cameroon in Matchday 1.
