Algerian striker El Arabi Hillel Soudani has affirmed that their 2018 World Cup qualifier away to Nigeria in Uyo later this month will be a difficult game, but insists his side is confident of a positive result.
Soudani, who scored the goal in his side’s 1-1 draw with Cameroon, believes Algeria have nothing to fear ahead of their match in Uyo on November 12.
He said “We conceded a draw at home against Cameroon and gave away two precious points.
“The match against Nigeria will be difficult, they have an advantage over us because they won their game against Zambia, but if we can come back with a good result, and our chances will be revived.
“We’re really confident. We will prepare thoroughly in Nigeria and we will see what will happen.”
