Chelsea manager, Sntonio Conte has once again hailed the quality of Victor Moses who has surprised every football watcher this season with his new role at the club and his performance.
“I could see his potential from the first day of the summer training camp,” Conte told Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Moses has important qualities: technique, physical strength, the ability to cover 70m of the pitch. I find it incredible that someone like him has been underestimated.”
The Nigeria forward who was sidelined once Jose Mourinho took over and did not make another competitive appearance for the Blues during the three seasons the Portuguese was manager is now an ever-present at the club.
Mourinho loaned Moses out to Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham United before Antonio Conte took over this summer and the 25-year-old was able to convince the Italian in Chelsea’s pre-season tour to America.
